I stumbled across this site the other day. It looks as though it is still in beta and has just been released. The site is called RateMyLeads and allows people to rate their lead providers in a very primitive matter. You can rate the providers from Horrible to Amazing, state how many leads you purchased and then leave comments.

I am encouraged by the effort because it gives lead buyers a voice. Hopefully the site will continue to evolve into a more legitimate rating platform. I would encourage everyone to support the effort and rate your providers.
