Driving home from work takes me about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. There are times when there is no traffic and it takes me about 15 minutes to get home and with heavy traffic about 30 minutes. There are a couple of things I do during my trip to and from work. Most trips include listening to audio books, others include listening to a little political talk radio and and talking with industry friends. I compare my rides to and from work to those thought provoking showers that some people take. You know how people are always saying that their best ideas come to them in the shower? Well, for me they come to me on rides to and from work.
So on the way home I got to thinking that I should record the conversations that I have with other industry peers. This would not be a government sponsored wire tapping program, if that is what you were thinking, but rather an agreed upon recording, so not to worry if you are one of the people I talk to frequently on my rides home. Like I mentioned above, it takes around 20 minutes and perfect amount of time to have a solid, but brief conversation about the industry.
I am going to call these segments “Carpool Confessions” lol. Similar to taxi cap confessions, not quite, but I thought it was funny so I am running with it. People I am going to talk with.
Joey Liner, DoublePositive
Barack Obama, President of the USA
Bill Rice, Kaleidico
Bill Gates, Microsoft
Jay Weintraub, LeadsCon
Simon Cowell, American Idol
Trace Richardson. LeadPress.com
and many others!!
Not none of these people have confirmed, but you get the idea. It should be fun, raw and uncut discussions about lead generation, internet marketing, politics, lead management and everything in between. If you have a product you would like to discuss, thoughts, ideas, opinions, etc, shoot me an email mike at leadcritic (dot) com.

I’m all in! You know I am full of opinions.
As for confessions–”I didn’t inhale, I didn’t like it, I did not have sexual relations with that woman, and I have never made the same mistake twice.”
These are some of my favorites.

Hahah I am so for listening to the conversation with Simon Cowell. I can hear things like: \Utterly dreadful\, \absolute disgrace\, and I could go on and on. Great idea though, love it!
