Jeff,

Is this a calyx approved integration? Is Leads360 a partner of Calyx Software, or did your team create their own sync process? Also, does your software sync with calyx point through the entire loan process or is this just a one way push from your LMS to Calyx?

Thanks,

Yeah; that certainly would be optimal. It would be tough to manage though. We look at it as more of a deterrent so that LO's know they are being watched. So far our clients have collectively caught nearly a dozen people.

BTW, like the new site.

Thats great Jeff!
Out of the features you listed I see a real need for more security measures and the Lead Guardian seems like a good start. The one problem I run into and I think many other buyers run into is that when placing fake or dummy leads into the system is that the lead is simply a recorded voice message. I believe placing fake data into a CRM can catch a thief, but I would venture to say that most theft happens after a deal is structured. So literally you would need to have a live person with real data to catch much of the theft that happens. This obviously would not be easy for a number of reasons but I wonder if this would ever be viable option?
Your thoughts…

Thanks for the Digg; we're working hard to develop new features. Here are a few more new things I think you'll like: File Attachments, Pulling Credit, Graphs/Charts, User Performance Metrics, NYLX Pricing Engine, Significantly More AJAX, and much more.

Also, have you seen our Lead Guardian product? It's starting to take off.
