More Leads360 News

It seems every week there is a new addition to the Leads360 platform or their services. Well this week Leads360 announces the development of a Professional Services Department. What is the Professional Services Department? According to the press release“the department plans to achieve its customer service objectives through a full complement of education initiatives, consulting services, on-site implementation and business process and work-flow auditing solutions.”

CEO Jeff Solomon also adds that their “goal at Leads360 is to offer not just lead management solution, but also to provide a superior customer experience.”

Overall this should be a great addition for the Leads360 clients. I am curious though, will the consultations, on-site education, business process and work-flow auditing be completed by people that have the historical experience within this industry?

If not in this industry and offering practical experiences from the end user side I think the services might not be taken that seriously. This should generate some calls to Jeff Solomon though.

Good point Noel; and thanks for the plug LC. We do have a number of successful clients we’ve learned from over the past 3 years. We’ve begun to aggregate performance data and best practices from our most successful clients, and plan to share it with the rest of our clients.

Also, I believe that as the mortgage industry evolves, it will need to learn from the knowledge and experience of other sales driven industries. Many other markets (automotive, software, financial services) have had to figure out how to grow amidst a changing background; I’m pretty sure there are lessons to be learned from them.

That sounds great, time for all of us to learn from each others practical experiences. This is a very exciting time in our industry as we see the changes and growth coming faster then anyone could have anticipated. Thanks for sharing in that change Jeff.

While this is a very important and long overdue industry role, if I were a successful Leads360 client from whom you gleamed best practice information, I don’t know if I would be too happy with you sharing my “secret sauce.” How is this juggled with current relationships?

I know it sounds a bit democratic, make everyone as good as the person next to them. But do you think showing or pointing out to someone they are doing things differently that it will truly make them better at what they do and make our jobs more difficult. I was fearful of that for about 3 years, now I realize even with all these best practice programs out there, think LMB, 360, etc. There are hundreds and hundreds of shops NOT doing this still. I think we’ll survive.
