LeadCritic Advertisements
I just wanted to talk to you guys about the blog and the growing presence of advertisements on the blog. I know, it is starting to look like a minor league baseball outfield, but I wanted to explain to you the reason why and my thoughts about the ads. I feel like you need an explanation.
First, I started this blog earlier this year for fun and it is still very fun and I love writing (even though my writing skills are quite horrible) and giving my opinions, but the blog takes a lot of time to keep up and I figured that it would be nice to at least be compensated for the cost of running the site and maybe a little extra to buy a happy meal for my daughter and son.
There are currently 2 different types of ads on the site. The first is a banner ad and the second is a text ad. The banner ads, except for the Google ads on the middle left side bar which I am probably going to get rid of, are of companies that I recommend and have personal experience with. Yes, they pay to be on the site, but they are companies I would recommend otherwise. I don’t feel comfortable putting a big banner ad on the site that is from a company that I don’t recommend. So if you are not already doing business with the companies represented in the banner ads, you should at least check them out. These companies support LeadCritic and what LeadCritic is all about and I hope that you can support them as well, if applicable.
The second type of ad is the text link ads and they are located at the far right of the page under “Paid Advertisement”. These are not LeadCritic recommended ads and they may actually be gone by the time this post is up.
With that all said, I want to thank the you, the readers for understanding why the ads are on the site and I also want to thank the advertisers for supporting the LeadCritic blog.
Thanks,
LeadCritc

You’re providing a good service to people in our industry, no need to justify any compensation that the ads may bring to you. =) Keep up the good and informative work.
