Root Exchange Goes Mobile

A brief visit to Root Markets website will lead you to the announcement “The world’s most powerful Lead Exchange is now Mobile!”.

A fully functional version of the Exchange, optimized for your mobile phone, is now in development, with all the power and flexibility of the world’s most advanced Lead Exchange on your iPhone (or iPod Touch) and Blackberry.

For those of you who are always on the go or work from your cell phone more then your desktop you can now join the beta to buy leads through an exchange platform.

Root Markets

I have never been completely convinced that going mobile always sticks with the end user, but I do think that it makes things simple and convenient and that is always a good idea. There wasn’t very much information about the new mobile platform so you are left with having to sign up for the beta to learn more, which may deter people from signing up.

If more information is posted on the site or if Root decides to email me more information about the platform I will pass it along to you.

So how many guys out there are receiving and calling their leads while out of the office? Just curious… Perhaps a good poll for you to run.

You know, now that there’s a mobile exchange, I want my LOS to be on my iphone too. Calyx can you come out with a mobile version?

Does it seem like Root is always grasping for straws instead of being what their names claims they are, an exchange? Does anyone in that company have any lead gen experience?Who do we even know that works there? Have you seen the pics of the execs on their home page? Leadcritic, are those your grandparents?

Is this a joke? Mobile access to the exchange? I bet root’s next invention is the English –> Latin lead language converter.

Maybe their motto should be “Root. Everything but Leads”
